How do I know whether the battery or alternator is faulty?+
A weak or flat battery and a charging-system fault can cause similar symptoms. We can check the situation before automatically replacing parts and may recommend Vehicle Diagnostics where a charging or electrical fault is suspected.
Can you replace AGM and EFB batteries?+
Yes, where the correct specification is confirmed for the vehicle. Modern stop/start vehicles can require EFB or AGM batteries and the replacement should match the vehicle requirements.
Do replacement batteries need coding or registration?+
Some modern vehicles require battery registration or coding after replacement. We confirm what the vehicle requires before the job and, where supported by our equipment, can complete the required registration as part of the visit.
Can you replace a BMW battery?+
BMW models commonly use intelligent battery management and many require the replacement battery to be registered. We confirm the correct battery and any registration requirement for the specific vehicle.
How much does mobile battery replacement cost?+

Can you help if the vehicle will not start?+
Yes. A non-start can be suitable for mobile battery assistance, but the cause is not always the battery. If the symptoms point elsewhere we can recommend the right diagnostic or breakdown route.
